I pre ordered the Pure Vibe Shilajit and received the product app. two weeks ago. My 5 yo old and I both consume the Shilajit in tea. I let the Shilajit dissolve while I let the tea steep. I was told not to add the product to water that is too hot so I always let the water cool down some… Initially I did not notice an extreme change. The third day that my son and I took the product is when I noticed a change in my son. His attention span is flighty to say the least. He is diagnosed with autism as well. This child of mine stayed focused on one art project for a total of 4 hours. He was so intent on finishing the book he was creating. His focus was on point , his little mind was coming up with creative ideas left and right. He has always been creative. He has NOT always been a child that could stay focused on anything for more than 20 minutes. I was so proud of his ability to stay focused on this one task. I am so blessed to come across this product, it has brought me back to life. I was constantly in pain, had chronic fatigue, suffered from anxiety and depression, this shilajit helped me with everything. I am no longer feeling like I’m constantly bruised from the inside, I have energy like the energizer bunny, I’m seriously running around with my son at the park, my anxiety and the constant being in my own head is gone. Also, it helped me with my period! Yes ladies, if you have heavy painful periods, this made me have a shorter lighter periods and I had no cramps at all! After only one month of taking it! I absolutely love this. Flavor wise, no but I just add it to my cup of tea and lots honey! But this isn’t for the taste, it’s for all the great benefits. I find this helps me best when I’m about to study/need a pick me up bc it gives me energy and focuses my attention on the things that matter. Aside from that, I was given sample sizes of the hemp in both flavors and I thought that was a cool addition. Made my day forsure.

I have tried many holistic products through the years. However, rarely, if ever, have I seen such noticeable differences from a product than with Pure Vibe Shilajit. I am a woman in my mid-40s. I have noted a significant increase in my energy levels and fewer highs/lows due to hormonal fluctuations. However, the most spectacular difference I have seen with using Pure Vibe Shilajit is with my hair. Not only do I have new hair growth, but less hair breakage. My hair is shinier, stronger, and more healthy than it has been in 20+ years according to my hairdresser. I typically add it in my morning coffee, but have dissolved in water or oolong tea.
